Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of Sales Representative, Sales Territories, Crop Science division, location - Cherkasy region. 

The position is temporary.

Major tasks and responsibilities:

  • Sales plan and delivery.
  • Promote and sale in accordance with the country’s business and marketing policy, the whole range of CP products for the defined territory in line with the company Commercial strategy and relevant KPI’s.
  • To ensure delivery and implementation of forecasted results according to sales plan for the defined individual farms, building strategic long term relationships and promotion of products with Individual farms on defined geographical territory.
  • Generate demand at defined individual farms and subsidiaries (negotiate terms, recommend and position products, get orders, process and follow-up the deals: align with respective distributor or direct sales).
  • Continuous cooperation with distributors and farmers in terms of agronomic and commercial support, providing both first class agronomic services for CP product.
  • To implement company business development strategy at territory level fully consistent with country / marketing/ customer strategy, to commercial policy terms and conditions.
  • To define and develop the new business possibilities, carry out (special) promotion companies in the region.
  • To organize and carry-out workshops and training of CP products, planed field days and demonstration trials for farmers and distributors
  • Introduce motivation sales plan and development plan together with the Territory Sales Manager.
  • Ensure alignment and cooperation with territory colleague and smooth customer support.
  • Keep database and reporting system as required.
  • To manage customer product claims and promissory notes.
  • Follow up the local development of competitors, distributors and customers; to collect, monitor market data (competitor/distributor/dealer/farmer).

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in biology, chemistry, biology or agronomy (or related subjects).
  • Good level of knowledge of relevant regulations and requirements for submission of registration applications and other regulatory dossiers.
  • A basic understanding of all regulatory relevant scientific subjects.
  • Good level of knowledge and understanding in agronomic industry business and competitive landscape.
  • Developed written and oral communication skills.
