Invites an Аssistant Director his team

Main tasks for the candidate:

• Planning the manager's working day (keeping a calendar, organizing internal meetings, etc.)
• Conducting electronic correspondence and telephone conversations with foreign partners
• Receives and accompanies business partners.
• Drafting letters, inquiries, preparing answers to incoming correspondence
• Recruitment of sales staff and office staff
• Provides support and assistance to the manager in organizing corporate holidays and events
• Ensures document management
• Maintenance of office functioning

We expect you to have:

• Higher Education
• At least 3 years of experience as a secretary/assistant manager/recruiter
• Knowledge of the English language is not lower than Intermediate
• Competent written and oral communication, ability to work in multitasking mode, responsible attitude to work
• Responsibility, ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
• Confident knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Discipline, good communication and organizational skills, ability and desire to work in a team.
