Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for interacting with clients, broadcast information about our brand and product through social media, and actively participating in video content. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build your own brand and grow a strong community.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with potential clients and working on their engagement with our products.

• Blogging on Instagram and other social media about the company and products (fully supported by our Marketing team).

• Participating in online broadcasts to promote our brand and products.

• Collaborating with other bloggers and conducting joint YouTube videos and interviews.

• Searching for and participating in collaborations with other companies and brands to expand our influence and attract new clients.

Requirements:

• Fluent English language skills at level C1 or higher.

• Experience in managing social media, including Instagram.

• Desire to learn negotiation techniques and sales for successful interaction with clients.

• Eagerness to develop in customer relations and lead a successful brand through social media.
