PFG Ukraine is offering a unique opportunity to join the team in one of the key positions as

Head of Fleet Service team

Responsibilities:

• Organizes the work of Fleet Service Department, including client/dealercontracts management, service calculation process, dealer payments,document flow within the company
• Promotes positive and solution oriented atmosphere in the departmentand the company, ensures team motivation
• Constantly looks for the ways of digitalizing/automatizing of internalprocesses, ensures proper control of internal processes
• Ensures positive cooperation within official Service Stations of officialdealers of VW, Audi, SEAT/Cupra, Skoda and other brands in Ukraine
• Increases the network of dealer stations, other outsourcing partners (tyreshops, SOS-Service etc), constantly improves conditions
• Participates in the preparation of documents for FM Tenders
• Prepares corresponding reports on the tasks and results achieved
• Performs any other professional tasks or projects assigned by supervisor

General requirements:

• High graduation and/or adequate professionalexperience
• Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written)
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint –intermediate level)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Driving license class „B“
• Travel propensity
