Trainee for the reskill program for SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultant

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a science or technical-related field and 2+ years of work experience in Quality or regulated industry or SAP Key User in a QM module, or similar in the Production industry.

You have to be experienced in:

• Providing oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
• Providing expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.
• Working directly with operating entities to provide process analysis oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.
• Conducting audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings, and liaising with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits.
• Preparing reports and/or necessary documentation (ex Corrective and Preventative Actions) and providing them to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Coordinating legal requests in support of government investigations or litigations.
• Ensuring the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
• Managing and facilitating a quality documentation system;
• Experience in Data Migration projects or implementations of SAP modules projects is an advantage.

Languages:

• You must be fluent in English (min B2 level, nice to have C1).

The retraining program consists of the following stages:

• 0-3 months: mastering the basic knowledge of the SAP system — paid training;
• 4-6 months: acquiring practical skills in a real project under the guidance of an experienced mentor — practical paid work on the project;
• 7-12 months: passing the SAP certification — promotion to the position of Junior Consultant.
