Science Assistant

Requirements:

• Education: University degree in natural sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Medical Biology, Ecotrophology, Nutritional Medicine, Medicine).?
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Further Abilities: Knowledge of statistics is advantageous.
• Personal Skills: Self-organized, communicative, team player, eager to learn, with a high sense of responsibility.?

Main Responsibilities:

Product Development:

• Develop and register Technical Conditions for manufacturers.
• Obtain sanitary-epidemiological opinions and certificates of conformity for cosmetic products.
• Ensure product labeling is accurate and compliant.
• Organize and conduct necessary testing and research, supporting all stages of product testing.

Marketing:

• Contribute to the creation of marketing texts and concepts.
• Prepare publications based on test results.
• Adapt materials based on test results for the marketing department.

Publications and Research:

• Prepare materials for scientific articles for publication.
• Search for new components and follow new research in the field.
• Collect and analyze product data.

Legal:

• Navigate the legislative framework affecting products in the UK, US, EU, and worldwide.
• Adapt products to meet market requirements and monitor changes in product regulations.
• Provide recommendations based on changes in legal requirements.

Administration:

• Prepare documents and requests for product registration.
• Manage documentation and make necessary updates.
• Maintain databases with up-to-date information.?

• Part-time, 20 hours per week
