Join our dynamic team at one of Poland's leading tech companies, Grupa Blix. Since 2012, we've been at the forefront of mobile application development, ranking 3rd in Poland and 15th in Central Europe in Deloitte's "Technology Fast 50 2019 CEE," and featuring in the Financial Times 1000 in 2020. 


We're behind Poland's top shopping apps: BLIX, Zdrowe Zakupy, and Qpony, reaching nearly 3 million monthly users. We're expanding our success in mobile advertising and planning to enter Western European markets, being the leader in drive to store aggregators in Ukraine.



We're searching for a  Sales Manager  to drive the growth of Blix in Ukraine by securing new clients and nurturing client relationships.


 Your responsibilities:

  • Secure new clients and manage contract negotiations.

  • Foster partnerships with FMCG clients.

  • Craft tailored digital advertising proposals.

  • Monitor client goal achievement and market trends.

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize client contracts.

  • Represent Blix at industry events.

  • Enhance Blix brand awareness.


 You:

  • have at least 3 years of experience in new client acquisition and digital product sales, 

  • have a solid network in the FMCG sector,  including top global FMCG brands 

  • can showcase documented sales achievements in digital advertising for FMCG and retail, 

  • are skilled in sales strategy and client relationship building,

  • are interested in the advertising market and new technologies,

  • your level of English is at least intermediate, 

  • are a team player, 

  • are ready to travel if necessary 



 Nice-to-have:

  • Retail client network. 

  • Based in Kyiv or Dniepr (due to clients' location).   

  • B2B event experience.

  • Knowledge or interest in data-sharing tools.



Important notes about us:

  • We work fully remotely and we are not going to change it. 

  • We are focused on developing our own products/applications, so we care about people who have the drive and want to win by building the success of an in-house brand.

  • We mainly communicate on Slack, Gmail, Telegram and we use Google Meet for meetings.



 Salary and benefits:

  • We offer a highly attractive bonus system tied to sales performance, which, based on estimated results, can significantly increase your salary.

  • Core working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, but we offer flexibility as needed.

  • Company-wide integrations (twice a year) and team integrations (depending on the team's will). 


 Recruitment process:

  • Submit your CV.

  • CV review - only selected candidates will be contacted. 

  • Initial 40-minute screening with our recruiter.

  • A task to showcase your skills, followed by a presentation.

  • A 2-hour long Google Meet interview to dive deeper.

  • Decision time for both of us.
