The focus is on the advisory to Disruptive Technology companies operating in the various sectors, including Financial Services & Banking, Hospitality & Gaming, Supply Chain & Logistics, Mobility, New Media & Entertainment, etc.

Velex Advisory is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Human Resources to lead the HR Department in overseeing recruitment processes, designing company-wide policies, and managing employee relationship.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in HR, Psychology, or relevant field;
- 5+ years’ work experience in legal recruitment or professional services (preferably in fintech, IT or IGaming);
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills (Advanced level)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategic Planning: Developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Talent Acquisition: Overseeing recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions.   3. Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work culture.
  4. Policy Development: Creating, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and promote a positive work environment.
  5. Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback to employees, and identifying training and development needs.
  6. Compensation and Benefits: Designing and administering compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  7. Training and Development: Planning and coordinating employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
  8. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations at all levels of the organization.
  9. HR Metrics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing HR data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  10. Leadership and Team Management: Providing leadership and guidance to HR teams, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Remote work initially but with further relocation to Dubai, UAE;

  • Official full-time employment, working day from 9.00 to 18.00;
