Accounting manager

Looking for experienced accounting and customer management representative for mortgage lending company
Duties: 
1. Working on routine and day-to-day booking and accounting of customer payments, transactions 

2. Daily checking balances and reconciliation of payments and schedules

3. Booking transactions into Quickbooks Online with supervision and specific instructions 

4. Help with preparation of monthly and interim reports for financial and accounting manager 

 5. Communication with customers and vendors on Accounts Payable and Receivable via email and other regular chains of communications
Skills: 
1. 2-3 years experience in accounting 

2. Experience in banking, loans and mortgages is highly helpful 

3. Good Experience with Excel and general experience in Quickbooks
Offer:

 1. Full time only (Eastern Time Zone Hours 9-6 with flexibility)

 2. Pay level $1,000 - $1,500 at start (based on interview and capacity of skills) + annual and/or quarterly bonuses
