Are you a proactive and driven individual with a fervent dedication to IT sales? We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who excels in cultivating relationships with potential clients and devising innovative strategies to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Requirements:

Proficiency in IT Sales, with a track record of successful client engagement and revenue generation
Experience in Outstaff/Outsource company is required
Fluent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an IT Sales Manager, demonstrating a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
Strong understanding of Web/Mobile/Blockchain technologies, enabling effective communication and consultation with clients
Exceptional negotiation skills and persuasive abilities, with a focus on building mutually beneficial partnerships
Demonstrated resilience and high energy levels, committed to conducting a minimum of 3 client calls daily and adapting to evolving market demands
Good understanding of Upwork and Linkedin

Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking events to identify business opportunities
Develop compelling Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to assess development estimates accurately and align with client objectives
Drive value through persistent follow-up efforts, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline to closure
Monitor project quality to ensure client satisfaction, collaborating closely with the development team to address any concerns or requirements
Facilitate effective communication between clients and the development team, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables
