PPC Specialist Google/Meta (remote)

We open a vacancy of PPC Specialist Google/Meta.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage Performance oriented ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google to promote the initiatives and campaigns of Children of Heroes Charity Fund
- Develop and implement PPC strategies tailored to different platforms to maximize conversion metrics
- Set technical tasks for the designers and copywriters in order to optimize ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze donor data and campaign results to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, including adjusting targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to align PPC efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience on this or a similar role
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Manager
- Ability to set up conversions and tracking
- Excellent understanding of PPC best practices, including campaign setup, optimization, tracking and recent trends
- Ability to generate actionable insights from data to drive campaign improvements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- English upper intermediate
