SMM Manager (remote)

Children of Heroes was founded to help the countless number of Ukrainian children who have suffered the ultimate tragedy: the loss of a parent, or parents, during the ongoing war. Our mission is to honour the memory of the fallen Ukrainian heroes by creating a favourable environment for their children, where they can overcome difficulties, change their lives for the better and build a brighter future for themselves and for Ukraine.

 We open a vacancy of an SMM Manager.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase awareness of our charitable initiatives, with a primary focus on Facebook and Instagram
• Develop and regularly update the content plan for each social network
• Generate content, create catchy topics for the Fund's social networks and constantly update them
• Support Fundraising and PR teams in terms of the Fund's partners projects and fundraising campaigns
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Social Media Profiles, continuously refining strategies for optimal results
• Interact with the audience through comments, direct messages, and other forms of communication
• Launch the engagement campaigns to promote Fund’s content via paid advertising
• Work on improving the Fund's social networks based on world innovation trends
• Monitor the development trends and algorithms of social networks
• Analyze and validate the data for conducting effective campaigns and constant improvement of both Ukrainian and global pages of the Fund
   

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of social media management experience with a focus on brand growth
• Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter platforms and their advertising tools
• Skills to work in Canva, Figma, or other graphic design software if urgent task and all our designers are busy
• Experience working with diverse audiences, launching, and developing 
• social networks in international markets
• English at the upper-intermediate level (written and spoken)
• The ability to write accurate, interesting, and understandable texts
