Service Network Coordinator

Samsung is looking for Service Network Coordinator in Kyiv.

He/she is responsible for General SVC Network Management Process and Dealers Communication.

Requirements:

• English B2 is a must
• Experience: project implementations related job, General Administration, people communicational experience, analytic skills and reporting skills, evaluation systems development, KPI monitoring, people management, work in collaboration with other teams 
• Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office (Excel, Power Point)

Responsibilities:

• General Management
  
  - SVC Network operation analysis (SVC volume, partners capacity, svc coverage by product group etc)
  - SVC related programs implementation (incentive schemes developement, customer care projects implementation) and coordination of partners
  - Network Extension / Finding new partners / Optimization Process

•   SVC Financial health monitoring and control 

- Partner’s AR and credit line usage control, credit lines calculation
- P&L analyses of exclusive partners

•  SVC related communication with dealers 
   
  - Dealer volume regular analysis (distribution by SVC Center, KPI results, related programs implementation)
  - Regular (quarterly) meetings  with main dealers about svc process status and  improvement proposals
   -Informative support and promotion about Samsung service benefits to dealers
   - Education of shop staff about Samsung service process and benefits 
   - Shop coordination (repair status, return  policy, support with customer claims etc)
