Role Summary: 

We seek an experienced Operations Manager to join our team who will be responsible for documenting and optimizing operational processes within the operations department. The primary focus of this role will involve analyzing and documenting current operational processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Thoroughly document operational processes within the operations department.

• Analyze current operational processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.

• Develop and implement improvements to operational processes to increase efficiency.

• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operational processes and achieve common goals.

• Train employees on new processes and methods of work.

• The operations manager must actively perform essential processes within the operational framework.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, analytics, or information technology.

• Previous experience in an operations or process management role.

• Deep understanding of operations management and process optimization methods.

• Analytical mindset and ability to systematically document and analyze operational processes.

• Experience implementing changes and improvements to operational processes.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
