Financial Analyst

We are looking for Financial Analyst with 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills and an outstanding work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and dashboards for senior management to provide valuable insights into the financial performance of portfolio projects and companies

• Create financial models to assess the potential impact of M&A transactions on the company's financial statements

• Contribute to the valuation of portfolio projects and companies using various methodologies such as discounted cash flow (DCF), multiple analysis 

• Communicate financial information to key stakeholders and investors

• Assess the potential synergies between portfolio projects and companies and the existing business 

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives

Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials in finance, economics — Bachelor's / Master's Degree

• CFA is a plus

• Deep understanding of financial reporting and analysis

• Experience in evaluating companies from the IT / Financial sectors, IP due diligence

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills 

• The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle the dynamic environment

• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel

• Above-average proficiency in English

• Previous work experience of between 2-3 years
