Digital Enterprise Platform Lead

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

The role’s mission is to focus on Digital Transformation in Operational Productivity within Finance & Legal areas. Transformation means driving value, adoption and owning outcomes. The role will also drive Innovation and MVP (minimum viable product) development around new ideas.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure strategic alignment with business functional priorities and take full accountability for delivering products/services to support stability, availability, and performance for Finance & Legal areas;
• Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement;
• Prioritize local deployment for digital transformation;
• User centric product and service design;
• Collaborate with Central Platforms to implement products and features, achieving tangible business value;
• Drive digital capability and automation to enhance productivity in countries processes;
• Drive cost optimization through efficient CAPEX/OPEX management;
• Compliance with GDPR and other Data privacy requirements;
• Coordinate the regular releases to ensure smooth transition and change management where needed.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Higher University degree (Business, Information Systems Management, or any other relevant field);
• Relevant experience in respective area or/and big companies; 
• English - Upper-Intermediate and above (participation in online meetings in English is expected);
• Proficient PC user: MS Office 365 applications , ERP system;
• Leadership and management skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Training skills;
• Project management skills;
• Analytical and accuracy capabilities.
