Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Medical Device Marketing and Sales Consultant to lead our expanding team in Ukraine. This role presents an exciting opportunity to growth in the Ukrainian market. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or medical devices, combined with proven experience in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Ortotec Finland's medical devices in Ukraine, aligning with company objectives and target market needs.
  • Identify key stakeholders within the Ukrainian healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals, and establish productive relationships to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, presentations, and educational resources to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, competitive threats, and emerging trends in the medical device market.
  • Plan and execute sales activities, including product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations, to showcase Ortotec Finland's products and capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to inform future strategies and initiatives.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of Ortotec Finland's medical devices.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and uphold Ortotec Finland's reputation for quality and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Ukrainian healthcare market, including key players, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel within Ukraine and Poland as required.

  • Competitive salary range of 1400 - 2000 euros per calendar month, based on experience and qualifications.
