Danone Dairy is announcing an opening of Customer solutions manager position in Kiev.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Owns the CFR(DIFOTAI) and CUT OFF time process KPIs at the CBU; Supports x-functional collaboration and service performance for assuring high level of CFR(DIFOTAI), esspecialy in his/her functional area - order to cash process, meetings and negotiations with customers;
• Leads Customers contracts management of Supply chain related part;
• Design and implement Trade terms policy and Service Package with Sales by clusters of customers;
• Embodies unique interface between customers and supply chain function for all Supply Chain processes;
• Develops, implement and improve digital solutions between customers and CBU, owns and leads EDI process & changes.

Experience and qualifications required:

• Experience in a similar position at least three years;
• Good knowledge of logical processes, retail and FMCG business;
• Readiness for business trips;
• Great communicational and organizational skills;
• Level of English - Intermediate.
