Account Manager in Digital Marketing

We invite a brilliant Marketing Processes Manager, who will be able to orchestrate the launching of various online IT events worldwide! Сome do incredible work with us :)

Care areas are:

1. Control of all marketing kpi's and terms in the project;
2. Selection and quality control of contractors.

To do this, we invite an employee with:

• expertise in digital marketing 2+ years;
• initiative, independence and a quick response rate;
• creativity, good taste and a feel for trends in the industry;
• 2+ years experience in leading a team (of 5 or more people), simultaneously releasing and working on numerous projects at once;
• experience working in a similar field - IT / digital marketing;
• ability to use modern methods of project management.

The first tasks for the position will be to:

• figure out how everything works now and fit into the team's rhythm & speed;
• sync with the manager's team about the product and its specifics;
• take control of tasks (content, design, traffic) for current projects.

MUST HAVE:

1. Work experience in a digital agency (project management for promotion or sales in digital channels);
2. Experience in communications management between the client & contractors;
3. Knowledge of supporting facebook / google / youtube advertising campaigns and other traffic channels;
4. Ninja-level in task managers, CRM systems, KPI's and marketing flows systematization;
5. Knowledge of:
   + Facebook / google / youtube add accounts;
   + analytics of Facebook / google / other services;
   + Tilda / other sites builders;
   + Google spreadsheets (formulas, pivots, charts);
   + MailChimp / other senders;
   + Figma / other graphical editors, video editors.

Will be an advantage: 

1. Knowledge of twitter, quora, reddit add accounts;
2. Successful cases in your portfolio;
3. Proficiency work with fluent English (written).
