Financial Controller

We are the back office of an American liquor store. We are looking for a motivated Financial Controller who will be responsible for ensuring effective financial management of the company and improving financial performance. 

Requirements for a candidate:

• Minimum Upper Intermediate English level 

• Higher education in finance, accounting or economics 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an advantage 

• Proficient Excel user 

• High level of analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data 

• Knowledge of US GAAP will be an advantage 

Functional responsibilities: 

• P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, budget planning 

• Analysis of financial data, preparation of monthly and annual financial reports 

• Monthly billing cycle (payrolls, expense reports, income forecasts, etc.) 

• Work with invoices from suppliers 

• Payroll for employees in USA and control their tax payment (knowledge of QuickBooks will be an advantage) 

• AR/AP control and analysis; 

Working conditions: 

• Official employment in accordance with Ukrainian labor law 

• Work from Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 21:00 (due to time difference with USA)
