Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop the Payments System Provider`s communication flow by defining, executing, and communicating operational processes, standards, and best practices that work flawlessly and minimize crisis situations;
• Design and monitor reports and dashboards that capture meaningful data into PSP CRM through leading and lagging indicators and early warning mechanisms.
• Preparation of management reports and reconciliation tasks associated with payment flows;
• Proactively reviewing processes to identify inefficiencies, control weaknesses and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness;
• Ongoing analysis of customer support issues with a view to enhancing product so as to eliminate repetitive support issues;
• Provide operational expertise to business development and engineering teams for RFP’s and for process implementations of new partners and customers;
• Ensure operational risks associated with payment flows are properly documented, managed and mitigated;
• Ongoing liaison with financial institution partners in relation to payment operational matters;
• Management of specific regulatory processes required.

Requirements:

• +2 years of operations experience in a high growth tech company, preferably fintech/gambling;
• Solid working knowledge of payment system operating principles is essential;
• Strong understanding of regulatory, and technical factors impacting payments services;
• Positive, enthusiastic hands-on approach with excellent work ethic;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills;
• Essential that you have a customer service focussed mentality;

•  English and Spanish language.
