legal Assistant (IT Company)

Hi! PIN-UP Tech is an international company that develops a full range of online gaming software is looking for an legal Assistant  to join the team based in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for onboarding the company to a variety of payment solutions
• Submitting and handling bank applications
• Maintaining banking and agents’ relationships worldwideInteractions with PSP’s and ability to develop relationships
• Acting as a main point of contact during the on-boarding process
• Handling KYC procedures; maintaining corporate documentation
• Processing all approvals / escalations within the workflow tools for account opening and re-reviews.

Requirements:

• University Degree holder in Law, Economics, Finance or in a related discipline
• Demonstrated work experience of minimum 1 year within the corporate services, account management, customer support in payments industry or in the consulting firms, 
• Familiarity with complex corporate structures
• Familiarity with the banking, crypto currency and payments industries an advantage
• Fluency in (business) English and Russian language both verbal and written. Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent problems solving skills.
• High level of organisation with fine attention to detail.
• Advanced efficiency in Microsoft Word, excel and google products.
