What will you be responsible for:

• Active search and recruitment for the company IT-specialization.
• Іnitial selection of candidates by a resume, and interviewing;?
• Work with specialized resources: Linkedin, job-sites, social networks Facebook, etc.?
• Formation of perspective personnel reserve

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in HR management or recruitment will be an advantage;
• Intermediate level of English;
• Excellent interpersonal, management, multitasking, and organizational skills;
• Ownership of direct search techniques, various recruiting and hunting tools;?
• Conflict resolution skills.
