Interview Quality Control Expert

International product B2B SaaS company - iDeals Solutions is looking for an Interview Quality Control Expert. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter/Assessment Specialist/Trainer who will help our company improve interview quality to select the best-fit candidates.

In this role, you're going to ensure high quality and accuracy of hiring by constant improvement of assessment implementation in the hiring process.

Day-to-day Activities:

• Conduct day-by-day interview audit of TA specialists, Hiring Managers, Agencies' recruiters;

• Identify development zones and fix results;

• Provide timely reporting on findings and dynamics;

• Provide timely (on weekly bases) feedback to all parties (Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, Agencies);

• Provide consolidated feedback and development zones to Assessment team as bases for learning and development;

• Provide ad-hoc assistance to Assessment team in candidates' assessment projects.

Main Competencies:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience and superior skills of conducting Competency-Based Interview;

• Profound knowledge of the competency-based approach;

• Experience in providing feedback;

• Analytical skills - high level of verbal information analyses;

• Focus on high-quality standards;

• Ability to keep focus and concentration during a long period of time;

• Attention to details;

• Assessment technology knowledge (would be a plus);

• English - Upper-Intermediate.
