Currently we are looking for an experienced IT Support/ System Engineer who will provide an efficient office services and infrastructure support. This position serves the overall development, implementation, education, and day-to-day support needs of the iDeals employees.

In this role you will be primarily responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and providing technical support to all employees.

Your Expected Outcomes:

• Providing general IT support assistance to all employees;

• Providing support and coordination to ensure all users are utilizing systems correctly, adequately, and to the highest optimal level (ability to work Overtime upon request);

• Assisting internal staff with training and mentoring on utilization of printers, IP Telephony, Google Apps and other programs;

• Installing, configuring and removing software;

• Managing users access to the organisations internal systems;

• Maintaining, managing IT inventory to be up-to-date always;

• Providing update and upgrade of users equipment;

• Writing basic software instructions (Zoom Room, VPN, 1C etc.).

Your Competency Profile:

• 1+ years on a similar position;

• You have strong knowledge and understanding of MS Operational Systems;

• You have basic knowledge of IP telephony;

• You are familiar with MacOS;

• You are experienced with DNS, IIS, WSUS, KMS, WDS, Microsoft Hyper-V;

• You have Upper-Intermediate English;

• You are eager to learn new systems and procedures on an on-going basis;

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
