Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will be closely interacting with internal sales teams, external vendors and our international clients, urging them to pay and stay in positive business relationships in the same time. Occasionally handle escalations and seek best touchpoints to achieve the required result, and solve any related to payment clients' issues . YOUR EXPECTED OBJECTIVES:

• Proactively contact customers for prompt collection across the globe
• Manage customer responses and requests- Handle difficult clients' cases
• Cooperate with sales team on receivables matters
• Resolve cases of aged receivables
• Work with external collectors and legal in the terms of troubled debt

YOUR COMPETENCY PROFILE:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated persistence in communication and achievement of results
• Strong interpersonal and team player attitude
• Ability to adapt well to changes and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
• Advanced level of English
• Knowledge of second foreign language (French, German, Spanish, Portugal, Chinese) will a plus
• Attention to details
• Problem-solving skills
• Cultural awareness in a diverse and international environment
• Proactive and self-motivated approach
• 1+ years experience on similar position
