Lead Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Lead Business Analyst for Product Development.

What you’ll do:

• Requirements and case management: gathering, prioritization, decomposition business requirements to functional, use case and functional case development, development of solution presentations;

• Concepts wireframing & detalization

• Development and maintenance of business analysis and design documents for internal and external use;

What we are looking for:

• University technical degree

• 4 years+ of BA experience in IT implementation projects (End-2-End participation). Preferably in Telecom/Reporting/CRM.

• Minimum of 1 year of leading a team of Analysts

• BA theory knowledge (BABOK, requirements management, business process modeling, UML);

• Good interpersonal/customer-relations skills and the ability to guide customer/user ideas into realistic system/functional solutions;

• Basic understanding of UI/UX practices and practical use while system design

• Experience with instruments for Mind Mapping, Business Model Canvas, Story mapping, Prototyping 

• English: Upper intermediate
