System Analyst for Offering Catalog

Netcracker Technology Corp., a large software development company and one of the world's most respected TOMS Solutions (Telecommunications Operations and Management Solutions) companies, has an opening for: System Analyst\System Engineer for Offering Catalog

Responsibilities:

• Product Offering catalog configuration, deployment of configuration to test on various platforms, troubleshooting of the catalog configuration across different platforms
• Development and maintenance of system configuration and design documents for internal and external use
• Meeting Technical staff (Business Analysts, Technical managers, QA team, Developers) on aspects of scope clarification, requirements; gathering, coordination, etc.

Qualifications:

• University technical degree
• More than 3 years of System/Data Analyst, Business analyst, Support Analyst and Support Engineer, Developer, experience in Telecom, IT implementation or ERP projects
• Experience in configuration, development, deployment of configuration on Offering \ Fulfilment \ Billing or ERP platforms
• MS Office and CASE tools experience (Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence, Axure, Rational Rose, ERwin or equivalent)
• Business analyst theoretical knowledge (requirements management, business process modeling UML) - optional
• Basic SQL, Basic Java experience and experience with a software versioning and revision control system
• Experience in delivering functional design and solutions to business audience
• English: intermediate speaking & writing
