Business Analyst (CRM)

Education:

• Minimum of Bachelors degree in Computer or Information Science or a directly related field

Mandatory experience:

• Requirements gathering, prioritization, decomposition, scope clarification with business and technical stakeholders
• Documentation of functional and system requirements for software applications
• Use-case documentation and system integration
• Understanding of eTOM processes: Request to Answer, Problem to Solution, Complaint to Solution, Trouble Ticket to Solution and corresponding domains: Customer Domain. Service Domain and Resource Domain
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Computer software application design development and documentation
• UML experience, including each of the following: use-case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state diagrams, class diagrams, and component diagrams
• Preparation of mock-ups, visualizing system screens and functions
• Object/Data Model design and configuration, UI design and configuration, Workflow design and programming
• Fluent English

Nice-to-have experience:

• Experience in Pre-Sales projects
• Technical and Business Requirements negotiation experience
• Experience with prototyping tool - Axure
• Experience with visual modeling and design tool - Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities:

• Meeting Technical staff and Business stakeholders on aspects of scope clarification, requirements gathering, coordination, etc
• Requirements management: gathering, prioritization, decomposition business requirements to functional, use case and functional case development, development of solution presentations
• Development and maintenance of business analysis documents for internal and external use
• Active collaboration with technical, QA team and Management team for planning, resolving project issues and assessment purposes
