Product Marketing Manager / Subject Matter Expert for OSS, SDN/NFV, NaaS Solutions

Product Marketing is responsible for a wide array of activities focused on developing and broadcasting value proposition and GTM of Netcracker portfolio within and outside of the company in the form of research, collateral, trainings and presentations. The team is comprised of self-motivated bright individuals that successfully tackle challenges and are open for new opportunities. We would welcome a new member to strengthen the stream focused on OSS and SDN/NFV solutions, including NaaS.

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of marketing and presale materials
• Brochures and whitepapers
• Sales and technical presentations
• Case studies and customer success stories
• Participation in presale activities, including commercial/technical responses (RFx responses)
• Preparation of submissions to analyst agencies and related activities
• Market, competitive research and analysis
• Preparation and participation in industry events and customer meetings
• Communication with sales, presale, engineering and other teams

Qualification

Must have

• Fluent English - oral and written
• Experience in presale and/or marketing
• Solid level of awareness of telecom, BSS/OSS, virtualization
• Clear and constructive communication
• Executing commitments: time, scope, etc
• Willingness to evolve and accept challenges
• Clear and structured thinking and communication is a must
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity
• Beneficial
• 3+ years of relevant experience either with OSS / Virtualized solutions vendors or with Communication Service Providers within OSS Space
• Understanding of Service Provider network technologies and architectures
• Understanding of OSS and SDN/NFV solutions (infrastructure management, service fulfillment, assurance, ETSI NFV Orchestration, SDN controllers, etc.)
• Good knowledge of the telecommunications market (key players, trends, etc.)
• Presentation skills
• People management skills
