Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting and developing our Collaboration solutions for all of our branches. This role will involve activities related to improving the quality of IT services.

IT Engineer Specialist will work closely with other IT teams including departments in the remote offices.

Responsibilities

• Design and Implementation of collaboration solutions
• Support and development of current collaboration solutions
• Documentation of the network topology and the changes
• Installation, configuration and support of Cisco network devices
• Troubleshooting networking issues, analysis of the root causes

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of the principles of operation and configuration of LAN/WAN services
• Strong knowledge of the principles of VoIP technologies including SIP, H.323, RTP, RTCP
• Good knowledge of Cisco Collaboration solutions stack (CUCM version 11.5 and higher, CUPS version 11.5 and higher, Expressway, Cisco Telepresence suite, CUBE)
• Knowledge of alternative means of organizing ASTERISK voice services
• Knowledge of the principles of operation and configuration Data Center networking
• Knowledge of the principles of dynamic routing protocols
• Skills of configuration and troubleshooting Cisco networking environment
• Responsible and Self-motivating attitude
• High educability and systems thinking
• Some travel is required (domestic & international)

Additional Skills

• Experience with monitoring systems: NetFlow, MRTG, Cacti, Nagios, etc
• Good technical English skills (verbal, written, technical)
• A self-developed examples of documents: presentations, description of the solution architecture, technical tasks, other technical/project/operational documents

Required Experience

Education

• Master's Degree in IT Engineering required
• CCNP Collaboration holder or equivalent level of knowledge required

Experience

• At least 3 years work related experience
