Business Analysis Lead
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the customer including but not limited by discovery and understanding customer needs/business drivers/pain points, manage customer expectations, negotiating/approval of functional solutions).
- Supporting BA Team in requirements and case management: gathering, prioritization, decomposition business requirements to functional, use case and functional case development, development of solution presentations.
- Cross-project aligning of BA Team work with Business consulting, Solution Architecture, Integration and Migration teams' activities and release plan.
- Meeting Technical staff and Business stakeholders of the customer on aspects of scope clarification, requirements gathering, coordination, etc.
- Planning and managing the work of BA Team during delivery project including but not limited by the design of a work plan, setting tasks to the team, leading sync up meetings with the team.
- Resource assessment and planning of Analysis and Design phases of the delivery project.
- Ensuring transparent project execution process (e.g. dashboards with the planned and actual status of work) and providing managerial reporting.
- Validate GAPs (identified by BA team) against "out of the box" system capabilities and solution architecture.
- Risk assessment and management.
- Adjusting the delivery methodology in accordance with project/program needs and introducing it to the BA Team.
Qualifications:
- University technical degree in Information Technology or Telecommunication domain.
- More than 3 years of BA Lead experience in Telecom/IT implementation projects of BSS, CRM, ERP, eCommerce/Self-Care
- Experience in the analysis of integration aspects of solution and understanding of key product suites, features and implementation approaches for BSS/CRM/ERP/eCommerce/Self-Care.
- Deep BA theory knowledge (BABOK, requirements management, business process modeling (methods, notations), UML).
- Excellent understanding of full software delivery project lifecycle, knowledge of different delivery methodologies, resource management, scope and risk management.
- MS Office and CASE tools experience (Enterprise Architect, Signavio, Axure, and their equivalents).
- Good interpersonal/customer-relations skills and the ability to guide customer/user ideas into realistic system/functional solutions.
- Experience in delivering functional design and solutions to the business audience.
- Basic understanding of the BSS and OSS Telecom market landscape including an understanding of parties in fulfillment, assurance, and billing spaces, the inventory parties, auto-discovery parties, etc.
- English: fluent speaking & intermediate/upper intermediate writing.
