- Wenor Holding LTD - fast growing technology provider for travel industry.
We are looking for Customer Care Representative for avia and non-avia products 24/7 support.
Responsibilities:
- Client support by phone and communication channels: e-mail, chat, phone
- Creating reservation considering price/quality, ticketing in Amadeus, Sabre GDS, Airlines direct access with further administration.
- Cooperation with Airlines (procedures, refund, reissue, ADM Policies, BSP-link, ancillaries), Hotels.
- CRM, accounting programs, reports
- Compile, prepare, and distribute correspondence to relevant departments
- Coordination and applying to certain schedules.
- Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.
Requirements
- Sabre, Amadeus GDS knowledge
- High level of negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Correct decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Smart and customer oriented
- Literacy, responsibility, desire to study and developing, team work
- High level standard of written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian.
