Запрошуємо до команди   Спеціаліста з оцінки роботи персоналу / Quality service specialist 

Графік роботи: з 15 до 21 г в офісі, ( далі робота з дому)  п'ятиденка, субота-неділя-вихідні

 Requirements:

1. English - from B2 and higher;
2. Knowledge of the basics of personnel evaluation methods;
3. Detailed accuracy with record keeping
4. Strong understanding of Customer service basics;
5. Able to give positive and constructive feedback to employees regarding the quality of work;
6. Previous participation in KPI&OKR projects and other goal-setting and efficiency systems;
7. Work experience and participation in projects in the field of personnel assessment and development will be an additional benefit;
8. Experience conducting projects to introduce personnel evaluation from the beginning is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for meeting or exceeding company targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
2. Develop staff and set individual goals and ensure they are met.
3. Develop, organize and support regular assessment activities for the employees.
4. Participation in the implementation of personnel performance evaluation projects (OKR, KPI).
5. Participation in the development and administration of processes and policies in personnel performance evaluation and management.
6. Weekly reports of the work results.
