Aftersales manager (International automobile holding)

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and implementation of the quality standards in aftersales;
• Technical training's organization, complete training process support;
• Development of training's plans;
• Participation in difficult technical problems solving and consultations.

General requirements:

• Higher education (technical);
• Excellent knowledge in automotive technology;
• Experience in car service (min 3 years);
• Experience at the dealer level in after sales area or customer satisfaction in service;
• Driver's license category "B", drive experience (at least 5 years);
• Ukrainian, English (level Intermediate or higher).
