WE ARE
We are looking for a Learning Partner who will be responsible for developing the organization's business capabilities in the location to achieve the strategic business goals through constant proactive learning needs analysis and systematic result-oriented learning management. We are searching for a professional who will cooperate closely with SSU and business leaders to create, maintain, coordinate, promote, and enhance the learning environment and learning culture.
YOU ARE
- Having at least 3-year experience in professional development area
- Possessing a minimum 1-year background in IT HR or related field
- Knowledgeable about training methodology and practice
- Showing outstanding system, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to handle challenging activities and provide real problem solving
- A master of relationship and collaboration building
- Good at making presentations
- Client-oriented, initiative, pro-active, and flexible
- Demonstrating strong business acumen
- Motivated by achievement in the face of tough obstacles
- Excellent in communication (coaching, collecting requirements, discussion, meetings, effective feedback, persuasive communication, active listening)
- Showing Intermediate+ English level
