YOU ARE

• Possessing Bachelor’s degree specializing in Graphic Design, Art, or similar discipline
• Professional with working experience, 3+ years in graphic design
• Holding a full understanding of core graphic design principles (color, typography, composition, iconography, and animation)
• Experienced and having a full vision of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Professional in creating marketing materials (images for social media, email campaigns, infographics, illustrations, etc.) with a strong portfolio of work
• Having strong skills in video editing, and animation
• Confident in landing page builders, such as Readymag, and 3D graphics (as an advantage)
• Accustomed to working across the full design lifecycle from brief to final iterations
• Able to balance multiple projects at once and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrating strong Intermediate English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Team for a wide range of marketing materials that may include images for social media, web banners, e-mails, presentations, infographics, illustrations, etc.
• The visual design of big events, conferences, and campaigns
• Printed material's creation (posters, leaflets, banners), souvenirs, etc.
• Video production, animation, and web design
• Promo content creation for corporate Learning & Developmental organization determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Team and independently on multiple projects, meeting deadlines, scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects

• Communicate and solve design challenges with quite big SoftServe University Marketing team and corporate Learning & Developmental organization team
• Participate in projects on an international level
• Handle different interesting projects with a flexible schedule
