The Visual Designer will be a part of one of the largest teams in Eastern Europe that stood at the origins of Data Science. In a Data Science Center of Excellence, you will have a chance to contribute to a wide range of AI projects. We are looking for a person who is inspired by data, and AI as much as we are, and who wants to grow with us!

The Visual Designer will support the Data Science Team in creating world-class, visually innovative, and engaging products for the business. The Visual Designer will be able to effectively communicate complicated ideas in visually compelling and effective ways and will be able to create different visually creative products for SoftServe Data Science Team and external AI Clients.

YOU ARE

A professional showing the below-mentioned skills

• At least 2-year work experience in visual design
• Solid expertise with web-based graphics editors: Readymag, Figma, etc.
• Successful communicating with clients outside Ukraine (desired)
• General understanding of IT field
• Expert skills in Keynote & PowerPoint
• Excellent Visual Design skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Sketch
• Strong conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skill
• A concept of brand identity process
• Illustration skills (desired)
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and set workload priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Creating work based on a verbal or written briefing
• Skilled facilitation, background of holding workshops or training
• A self-starter and well-organized personality
• Positive attitude, being receptive to creative direction, and design feedback
• Upper-Intermediate English level (to cover cross-location communication with UA/EU/US colleagues)

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Creation of unique visual brand concept of Data Science Direction and AI products in SoftServe
• Creation of a graphic design of visual products using web-based tools (Readymag, Figma, etc.) for different business domains and AI solutions
• Providing exemplary presentation design services, ensuring a high level of visual communication
• Design and creation of incredible visual templates for pitch presentations, white papers, and other marketing materials; rich in detail, animation, and other high-level design elements
• Development design concepts for global, regional, and local pitches and programs
• Concept and creation of print and digital collateral for global, regional, and local pitches and programs
• Concept and creation of strategic experiential elements for global, regional, and local pitches and programs
• Acting as a champion of brand standards and guidelines
• Maintaining global brands’ graphic aesthetic and quality
• Management & execution of multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines
• Following creative direction, in a dynamic group, and active participation in any given project or team assigned
