YOU ARE

• Professional with 2+ years working experience in marketing with a clear understanding of online and offline communication channels
• Experienced in marketing campaigns planning and execution
• Able to analyze the performance of channels and continuously explore engagement possibilities
• Interested in working with students and candidates who want to start their career in IT
• Great communicator and easy-going person with Intermediate+ English level
• A person who has the ability to balance multiple projects at once and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ready to take on challenges and enjoy working in the team
• Strategic thinker but attentive to the details
• Tech-savvy, knowing that clouds are not only in the sky

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Challenging tasks. Сreating and leading marketing campaigns, developing presentations, organizing online/off-line events, coordinating social media campaigns, etc. to promote SoftServe IT Academy products & services within the target audience of students and candidates who want to start their career in IT
• Creative process. Together with a Team generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention and assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach the target audience through identified channels
• Team cooperating. Brainstorming and collaborating with designer and content writer for a wide range of marketing materials that may include images for social media, web banners, e-mails, presentations, infographics, etc.
• Communicating. You must be a confident communicator and be able to build working relations within the multiple cross-functional teams at the company
• Data. Identifying the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives with tracking and analyzing
