WE ARE 

We are looking for a Learning Partner who will be responsible for developing the organization's business capabilities on location to achieve the strategic business goals through constant proactive learning needs analysis and systematic result-oriented learning management. We are searching for one who will cooperate closely with SSU and business leaders to create, maintain, coordinate, promote, and enhance the learning environment and learning culture. 

YOU ARE 

• Having at least 3-year experience in the professional development area
• Possessing a minimum 1-year background in IT HR or related field
• Knowledgeable in training methodology and practice
• Excellent in coaching, collecting requirements, managing discussions and meetings, effective feedback, persuasive communication, active listening
• Able to handle challenging activities
• Master of relationship and collaboration building
• Good at making presentations
• Client-oriented, initiative, and flexible
• Motivated by achievement in the face of tough obstacles
• Showing Upper-Intermediate+ English level

• Facilitating local experts community growing 
• Providing onboarding for newcomers in the LP team 
• Planning and organizing local learning projects 
• Creating, maintaining, coordinating, promoting, and enhancing the learning culture
