YOU ARE

• Creative and ready to develop the concepts of engagement events and initiatives (from ideation to communication, developing a project plan, metrics, and analyzing the results)
• An experienced coordinator, who managed project groups of up to 5 people, able to set tasks, and control their execution at the Asana digital platform
• Able to think globally and act locally, as our engagement activities cover Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, US mainly, and we are expanding rapidly
• Ready to manage the team including members from different countries
• A developer of communities, staying connected with the market, trends, and all main external communities
• Able to analyze the performance of channels and continuously explore internal engagement possibilities
• An excellent written and verbal communicator/presenter with the abilities to listen, understand, and account for different perspectives, and respond appropriately to varied audiences
• Aware of multi-cultural inclusion and diversity mindset
• Possessing Upper-Intermediate Strong English language level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Planning and organizing corporate celebrations and engagement events
• Managing the project teams up to 5 people
• Storyboard or interpreting ideas to the creative team or designer.
• Developing the metrics of engagement & analyzing results
• Ordering and delivering branded stuff
