We transform the approach into the winning proposal, ensure that the proposal gets through the procurement gates to signing, and provide project onboarding guidance for the clients post-sales.

YOU ARE

Our perfect candidate, who enjoys working with documents, understands (or is willing to learn) typical deal flow, and can produce solid and consistent answers to various business questions using multiple sources, assets, and stakeholders across the company. The primary role is to manage our company’s responses to Requests for Proposal/Qualifications from end-to-end.

Requirements

• Advanced or proficient level of English
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Proficiency in estimation, aligning, and managing own tasks
• Advanced level of MS Office skills (particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); professional understanding of document templates, macros, and styles
• Experience with authoring tools like Adobe Technical Communication Suite, MadCap Flare, Confluence
• Background of working in screen-capturing and video development tools
• Knowledge of plain English guidelines and international writing standards (Microsoft, Apple, etc.)
• Demonstrating previous exposure to contracts and the understanding of basic contract language

TOGETHER WE WILL

• Plan, write and execute proposals ranging in size and complexity from single-page letters to multi-volume bound submissions.
• Compile, edit, and proofread commercial proposals, ensuring that these are presented in a professional and concise manner
• Help organize and grow a knowledge base and documents repository from all creative company resources
• Develop complex illustrations (diagrams, workflows, and similar) and a set of standard templates for all types of bids
