YOU ARE

  • Possessing a Master's degree in Computer Science, or similar
  • Showing practice with Help Desk systems (desirable)
  • Experienced in MS Windows 10
  • Confident working with Linux (Ubuntu)
  • Capable of working with macOS
  • Having knowledge of Basic MS Windows Servers administration
  • Understanding Basic Linux-like systems administration
  • Familiar with Basic macOS systems administration

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Installing and configuration workstation software as a part of hiring procedure or by individual user’s request
  • Support of network and domain user accounts and mailboxes – serving as an escalation point for all related issues and providing advisory and issue-resolving services
  • Support of user’s desktop applications – serving as an escalation point for all related issues and providing advisory and issue-resolving services
  • Technical fault analysis and troubleshooting, detecting roots of problems, and making decisions for resolving them. Cooperating with other directions if required to accomplish requests effectively and efficiently
  • Configuration and support technical devices and workstations in meeting rooms and guest rooms to keep them work properly, with updated software, correct configurations, etc. according to scheduled maintenance plan or by request
  • Tracking tickets to closure or raising them to L3 Support if it requires deeper analysis and additional advisory, cooperating with other IT directions
  • Tracking and signing hardware delivery invoices
  • Tracking tickets to proper status, updates, reassignment, and due-dates
  • Configuration and maintaining SCS in server rooms, workrooms, meeting rooms, and guest rooms
  • Informing CSI Team about updating corporate knowledge base (that provides users with self-service) in case of changes
  • Performing workstation hardware and periphery devices maintenance (according to schedule or by request): checking, repairing, replacement
  • Performing installation and configuration of workstation hardware on demand of hiring, new host or relocation requests, uninstalling in case of dismissal/release, etc.
  • Providing support for corporate servers’ (according to L3 layer request) to keep them working properly, forecasting potential risks and faults, proposing solutions of avoiding them
  • Providing support for corporate network equipment (according to L3 layer request) to keep them working properly, forecasting potential risks and faults, proposing solutions of avoiding them
  • Service centers/Vendors/Suppliers in the scope of hardware devices repair services
  • Ensuring the logistics for transporting hardware devices between company offices and/or Service Centers/Vendors/Suppliers
  • Onboarding with informing newcomers regarding corporate IT Services, rules, and security policies
  • Performing installation and configuration of workstation hardware for sponsorship (according to request)
  • Performing installation and configuration of workstation hardware for sale (according to request)
  • Special projects/items separately
