• Managing project budget and financials
• Managing project risks, issues, actions/deliverables
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver value to multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Agile background and experience
• Attention to detail, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven team leadership and meeting facilitation skills
• At least 2 years of practical PM experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with project stakeholders, team members
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment

As a Plus

• Data Warehousing experience/knowledge
• Reporting and ETL tool knowledge

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Development and management of comprehensive project plans, documentation, including but not limited to scope, risks, and mitigation, communications and project schedule. Identifying requirements and tracking measurements
• Relationship manager coordination with internal, and external stakeholders to identify and confirm resources needed and availability; raising resource concerns on the identification 
• Identifying, analyzing and integrating business and technical needs as part of project plan communicating to the different audiences, business and or technical, as appropriate - whether business or technology-oriented
• Regular communications, written and/or verbal with all stakeholders, internal or external; compiling and publishing project status reports, leading, management results, value-focused project meetings
• Identifying and working to mitigate risks, performing impact analysis as part of the change management process and making recommendations regarding proposed changes to the projects
• Creating and making presentations including dashboards, WBS, flowcharts, mind map and brainstorming across all levels of the organization
