Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position 
• Experience in FMCG sector 
• Understanding IT specifics 
• Understanding the general principles of software development and implementation 
• Understanding the principles of market relations 
• Methods of establishing cooperation with clients' knowledge 
• Document management knowledge 
• Fluent level of Russian, at least Upper-Intermediate English level
• Proven communication/presentation skills 
• Good time-management skills 

Responsibilities 

• Managing ongoing contact with the FMCG sector customer group 
• Development and enforcing a plan for maintaining and developing existing accounts 
• Conducting regular account analysis to evaluate customer requests, determine the type and cost of services 
• Management of contractual relations with clients 
• Collaboration with internal departments
