Hardware Distribution Team is responsible for hardware distribution within SoftServe's IT Assets Management Department as well as for support and contribution to success of ITAM Program. 

YOU ARE

• Possessing up to 1-year experience in IT
• An owner of Master's degree in Computer Science or similar
• Having a concept of Help Desk systems (desirable)
• Good at MS Windows 7, 10, MS Office
• Expert at workstation hardware configuring and periphery devices configuring
• Having excellent analytical skills
• Demonstrating at least Pre-Intermediate English level 
• Good at troubleshooting
• Able to 'get things done'
• Good at working using checklists
• Able to work under pressure
• Having great communication skills
• Able to think globally and be sensitive to international practices
• Diligent, responsible, accurate
• Detail, result and client-oriented
• Great team-player

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Planning and designing IT services, documenting procedures
• Performing workstation's hardware and periphery devices maintenance, installation and configuration (according to schedule or by request)
• Technical error analysis and troubleshooting, detecting problems and making decisions for resolving them. Cooperating with other directions if required to accomplish requests effectively and efficiently
• Keeping all related work procedures up to date
• Tracking tasks to closure or raise them to level-up engineers in case if it requires deeper analysis and additional advisory
• Facilitating the annual Physical Inventory Taking (PIT) for HW assets as required
• Cooperating with Service centers/Vendors/Suppliers for needs of hardware devices support and repair services
• Performing HW Disposal process Physical HW Shipment/Update Records
• Ensuring the logistics for transporting hardware devices between Company offices and/or Service Centers/Vendors/Suppliers in
• Company hardware warehouse management - tracking list of available hardware and periphery devices
• Performing analysis and reporting
