Cross-Cultural Communication Center is a team of dedicated professional trainers, teachers of different foreign languages, course designers, administrators and managers team who work towards developing cross-cultural communication competency for all functions and positions to help SoftServe reach business goals by improving strategic communication at every touchpoint.

Our department has evolved form Language School and it now has a mission of bridging local cultures inside a global team. We do it through creating and delivering learning solutions for developing foreign language communication skills; providing foreign language level checks; creating and providing learning solutions to develop cross-cultural awareness competency; developing communication competence in project teams.

The role of Administrator is instrumental in helping our trainers and Communication Experts have an effective arrangement and setting for providing our associates with learning solutions. As a department that educates others, we continuously learn ourselves by participating in internal and external training, knowledge-sharing, courses and such. Every day there is a chance for us to exercise and build stronger communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills as we communicate across departments and even across cultures.

YOU ARE

• Proficient in English (Native speaker)
• Having a strong teaching background - at least 3 years of experience in teaching adults
• Possessing Specialist/Master's degree in teaching/linguistics/translation/interpretation (a relevant certification TESOL, CELTA, etc. is an advantage)
• Able to customize lessons to meet particular students' needs
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills 
• Flexible to work with busy people who have various levels of English proficiency
• The one who can drive learners to desired outcomes

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Planning and conducting speaking clubs with SoftServe associates
• Choosing relevant topics and suggesting interactive activities that will ensure a high level of engagement among students and positive classes outcomes
• Giving feedback to help students track their progress
• Providing 2 speaking classes per week
