WE ARE

Cross Cultural Communication Center is a team of dedicated professional trainers, teachers of different foreign languages, course designers, administrators and managers team who work towards developing cross-cultural communication competency for all functions and positions to help SoftServe reach business goals by improving strategic communication at every touch point.

Our department has evolved form Language School and it now has a mission of bridging local cultures inside a global team. We do it through creating and delivering learning solutions for developing foreign language communication skills; providing foreign language level check; creating and providing learning solutions to develop cross-cultural awareness competency; developing communication competency in project teams. Everyday there is a chance for us to exercise and build stronger communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills as we communicate across departments and even across cultures. As a department who educates others we continuously learn ourselves by participating in internal and external training, knowledge-sharing, courses and such.

A role of Administrator is instrumental in helping our trainers and Communication Experts have an effective arrangement and setting for providing our associates with learning solutions. A position presupposes working in internal systems and communicating across departments and sometimes, across cultures, as some of our associates are based in Poland and Bulgaria. As a part of their workflow Administrator will take part in weekly sync-up and some ad hoc operational meetings.

YOU ARE

  • Obtaining B2 (Upper-Intermediate strong) level of English as most of the correspondence is done in English
  • Proactive and have an eye for detail, think critically, be good at self- and time-management  for coping with a big flow of requests, preventing and solving some complicated cases of communication
  • Good in writing - being effective at communicating the message and offering solutions
  • Having relevant experience operating a variety of technological tools (Google Services, Microsoft Office etc.)

A new hire will have three months of Onboarding period, so that they will have enough time to integrate in the team, learn the processes and internal systems. They will be provided with all the necessary training and continuous guidance.
