YOU ARE

  • Experienced working in construction and/or on architectural/designer/constructional engineer etc. positions
  • Highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to work proactively, like to dig into numbers, schedule meetings and preparing summaries
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office package and special designer application
  • Confident with your English level (both verbal and written skills at least on Intermediate+ level)
  • Able to communicate easily with new people by phone, e-mail and are eager to gather information from different sources
  • Strong in self-management, able to handle multi-tasking activities
  • Pro-active, hardworking, detail-oriented with positive attitude to work and enthusiasm
  • An idividual with strong problem solving and researching skills
  • Highly flexible. Able to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedbacks
  • Good at presentation and meeting facilitation skills

 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Possibility of leading the construction and repairing projects
  • Opportunity of assuring transparency of the project preparing summaries, measuring success and supporting documentation progress
  • Providing and coordinating administrative support for the office
  • Administrating of correspondence, company documents, phone calls and e-mails
  • Keeping the office equipment and supporting documents maintained
  • Office budget and expenses management
  • Participating in Business Trips on a regular basis
  • Supporting stuff management and coordination
  • Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations upon the results of your work
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records in domestic applications

 

TOGETHER WE WILL

Create awesome new office spaces for SoftServe employees, we will travel all over the world to search for the best opportunities to set up an office. We will talk to a variety of stakeholders in regards of construction, design and office equipment. We'll have a chance to present our solutions to top managers and direclty communicate with them.
