Corporate English Teacher

Job Purpose:

SoftServe, the largest Ukrainian IT company, is looking for initially a full-time English teacher in Lviv to be responsible for developing our staff's language competence with the IT focus in teaching.

Requirements:

• Be proficient in English
• Have a strong teaching background - at least 3 years of experience in teaching adults (teaching business English, especially for the IT sphere, is a strong advantage)
• Have Specialist/Master's degree in teaching/linguistics/translation/interpretation (a relevant certification TESOL, CELTA, etc. is a plus)
• Be able to customize lessons to meet particular students' needs
• Have good communication skills and flexibility to work with busy people who have various levels of English proficiency and little free time
• Be able to drive learners to desired outcomes
• Expected workload per week:
• 25 hours of teaching (both group and individual lessons)
• 15 hours of administrative work (internal team meetings, register updates, emails, etc.)
